The chili I grew up with, reimagined

My mission is to make intentional, vibrant, healthy eating deeply enjoyable for everybody.

Hi, I'm Renee, a local mom in Haddonfield, NJ. Every batch of Mamadino's is made by hand, in small batches, right here in town.

I'm creating small-batch functional chili that reimagines the comfort food I grew up with. Made intentionally with honest, nourishing ingredients, including thoughtfully sourced, responsibly raised local meat, lion's mane, and shiitake mushrooms.

Inspired by Granny Annie

Granny Annie was my inspiration behind my love for cooking & food! I feel her presence most when in the kitchen creating smiles through food, jamming, and shaking it!

How a batch comes together

  1. Sourced with care

    Responsibly raised local meat, Bell & Evans chicken, and two kinds of mushroom: lion's mane and shiitake.

  2. Roasted & caramelized

    Tomatoes are fire roasted. Carrots, poblanos, red bell peppers and jalapeños are roasted. Sweet onions are caramelized.

  3. Slow simmered

    Everything goes in the pot with garlic and finishes with fresh cilantro. Small batches, made intentionally.
